Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and understanding. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and processes. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using computers and customer service software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
