We are looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service / Real Estate Support professional to join our team at Golden Bricks Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Agent:
Generate and follow up on leads, and acquire new clients. List properties and conduct property viewings. Advise clients on property options, pricing, and market trends. Negotiate deals and close sales successfully. Prepare and manage sales documentation. Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on the real estate market and competitors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (real estate experience preferred). Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus). Ability to handle calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp). Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, ability to multitask.
