Key Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and maintain a welcoming front-office environment
Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Inspect vehicles with customers during pickup and return
Resolve issues promptly to maintain a high satisfaction level
Support loyalty program enrollment and promote brand offers
Process rental transactions including check-ins, check-outs, and returns
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with rental policies
Prepare accurate invoices and process additional charges
Keep records updated in the rental management system
Follow up on reservations, no-shows, and late returns
Upsell insurance, upgrades, and value-added services to increase revenue
Promote brand campaigns and offers
Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for vehicle availability
Maintain a clean and organized customer service area
Ideal Profile
University graduate
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
Basic understanding of the car rental industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial acumen and proactive approach
Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are beneficial
