Provide first level, front line communication to clients to meet customer service and administration requirements.
Co-ordinate with a team of dedicated operations and logistics Representatives.
Prepare quotations through Company\xe2\x80\x99s ERP systems in a timely manner.
Liaise with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL) and overseas agents to obtain rates.
The CSR is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and is essential in ensuring that they are satisfied and that their needs are met.
Support the SOP / CP (customer profile) creation within the organization.
Liaise with sales team in order to understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess good computer skills.
Knowledge and experience in the Freight Forwarding industry operations or customer service. Knowledge of Dubai Trade different modes of Transport and rates from different liners and local charge.
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
Working experience/knowledge of CRM and INCOTERMS.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Must be professional and full aware of INCOTRM including its risk.
Working experience in shipping/logistics industry is a must.
