Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This dual-role position involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating office operations, and ensuring efficient communication between clients and our service teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding cleaning and maintenance services. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests with cleaning and maintenance teams. Maintain an organized calendar to manage appointments and follow-ups. Assist with daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and document management. Communicate effectively with clients, service teams, and management to ensure smooth operations. Handle correspondence and maintain professional relationships with clients. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Emails enquiries and preparing quotation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
