Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and dedicated

customer service representative

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate product and service information Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam. Ability to stay calm and handle difficult situations professionally Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 2+ years of experience
