Customer Service Representative
to join our front-line team and ensure patients and visitors receive exceptional service from their very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
Setting up and managing appointments of patients
Provide accurate information and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
Record and update patient details and inquiries in the system.
Handle concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Support administrative tasks related to patient communication when required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or call center settings.
Excellent verbal communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused and professional attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to manage calls and data entry efficiently.
Ability to remain calm and supportive in a fast-paced environment.
