Job Description
We are currently hiring an Indoor Customer Service Representative with a strong background in telecommunications sales. The ideal candidate must be currently located within the UAE, preferably on a visit visa, and fluent in Arabic (spoken & written).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell telecom products and services
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom packages and promotions
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Assist in post-sale support and ensure smooth activation/service processes
- Accurately manage documentation and reports
