Looking for an organised and self-motivated Service Coordinator who will be responsible for managing service activities. The Service Coordinator's role will include working closely with the Sales & Operations teams.
You should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, worked in a similar position and proficient in Customer service.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Welcome visitors.
? Answering phone calls, responding to emails, coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, clients .
? Preparing service schedules, tracking of service performed, procuring parts.
? Preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, Proforma invoices and system update.
? Maintaining service files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the service operations.
? Purchasing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
? Managing technicians and their requirements.
? Performing other relevant duties.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree, Engineers in Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile can apply.
? 2 -3 years in handling the administration activities and duties of a service coordinator or in a similar position in the UAE.
? Having experience in the service Industry and handling Annual Maintenance contracts will have an advantage.
? Proficient in a variety of computer software applications and in Online systems
? Multi-tasking and time-management skills, Problem Solving skills, etc.
? Experience in telesales will be an added advantage.
