Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Manage daily customer interactions with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
Conduct
cold calling
to identify and engage potential clients
Handle
voice process
activities including outbound and inbound calls
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, documentation) to resolve customer issues
Build long-term relationships with clients by providing proactive support and updates
Meet or exceed performance KPIs and service quality standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Customer Service
, preferably in the
logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
industry
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Experience with
cold calling
and
voice process
operations is essential
Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office and customer support software (e.g., CRM systems)
Flexible, customer-focused, and a strong team player
