Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about services, policies, and procedures through phone, email, and live chat.
Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Booking & Scheduling:
Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and cancellations of services, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
Client Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a courteous manner.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
Data Management:
Accurately update customer records, track service requests, and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from customers and provide insights for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry (service-based).
Language Skills:
Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Professionalism:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
Age Range:
23 to 38 years.
Documentation:
Valid passport and visa with a minimum of 7 months validity.

A customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
