Job Description

Join our customer-focused team as a Customer Service Representative and be a key player in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. We are seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our growing customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
Positive and patient attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
