Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools Positive and patient attitude High school diploma or equivalent
