Job Description

  • Position: Female Customer Support Team Member (Calling /Social Media)
  • Location: RAS AL KHAIMAH
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers on social media to resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor, respond to comments, and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Update company social media with engaging content, ensuring timely responses.
  • Adapt to changes in social media trends and contribute to effective issue resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Proper written and reading : English and Arabic .
  • Prior experience in online customer support and social media management.
