Responsible for booking arrangement and tickets sales of Fujairah Adventure Park (FAP) including hiking, trekking, camping, yoga, Etc. Utilize E-ticketing system and tickets-dispensing machine to provide tickets to FAP customers. Monitor Payment process of tickets Assist customer and attend their inquiries related to fares, routes, schedules, reservations, etc. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Deal with customer\'s complaint and ensure proper solutions in timely manner. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Responsible of Customer Feedback by collecting customer satisfaction surveys and analysing complaints and analysing. Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction. Manage customer calls and answer inquiries. Generate sales leads. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
