Job Description

:

Provide help and advice to customers about Restaurant products and services;

Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.

Investigate and solve customers\' problems whilst working closely with the Customer relations manager.

Responsible to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

Learn about organization\xe2\x80\x99s products, promotions or services and keeps up to date with changes.

Responsible for collecting money paid by clients for meal plans and update the money collection schedule.

Coordinate with the Nutritionists for clients\xe2\x80\x99 appointments.

Ensure that all meal plans are created accurately whilst working closely with Nutrition Officers or the In house Nutritionist.

Requirements
  • Prefer female applicants
  • \xe2\x80\x8bBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English must
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player and good marketing skills
  • Ability to act on own initiative and handle stress well
  • Excellent grooming/appearance at all times.
