Responsibilities:
Review AI-processed offers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Validate outputs against business rules, pricing, service standards, and compliance requirements.
Approve offers for publishing or return them with clear, actionable feedback.
Communicate with clients to request revisions or provide clarifications.
Report recurring issues and improvement areas to the AI/operations teams.
Maintain logs, records, and documentation in CRM systems.
Ensure all offers meet internal policies, legal guidelines, and brand standards.
Prepare daily or weekly quality and audit reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience in quality assurance, administrative review, or content validation is a strong plus.
Ability to understand AI-generated review summaries and decision outputs.
Experience using CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
Good time management and customer-first mindset.
