Customer Service / Marketing Executive

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively. Build and maintain customer relationships. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:



Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-driven with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
