We are looking for a Customer Service Manager - Maritime Logistics (NVOCC) to join our company.

In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with piece of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers\xe2\x80\x99 port calls as efficient and safe as possible.

The Customer Service Manager - Maritime Logistics (NVOCC) will report to Ships Agency Territory Manager.

About the position:

To enhance smooth operation of C&F team Import and Export. Collaborative Approach to clearly communicate our partner\xe2\x80\x99s requirements across the operations and ensure to align company staff in meeting it.

What will you do:

Monitor smooth performance of Clearing and Forwarding , Air Freight and Project team for Import and Export operations.

Work closely with Key Account Customer and developing partner relationship.

Participate in daily and weekly Operations meeting with C&F team representing the Customer interests as per established business development plans and following the Collaborative Approach.

Report and follow up on any issues raised by customers within the stipulated time frame.

Communicate and facilitate campaigns and partner visits in a coordination with local ML management.

Be directly responsible for collecting, analysing and communicating all statistical information relating to performance on an individual operation staff.

Required Skills:

University degree or experience from Freight Forwarding operation related position.

Good communication skills are essential.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Ability to compile and analyse data.

Ability to work independently and systematically.

Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.

Computer Literate.
