Customer Service Manager (Business Immigration Consultancy)
We are a growing
business immigration consultancy
seeking a
hard-working and dedicated Customer Service Manager
to assist and support clients through
phone calls and in-person meetings
. The ideal candidate must be fluent in
Arabic
and English
as well as experienced in client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and communicate with
existing clients
via phone calls and face-to-face meetings
Provide clear updates, guidance, and support throughout the client journey
Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending matters
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Support and oversee customer service operations as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Proven experience in customer service or client relationship roles
Hard-working, dedicated, and reliable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and meeting them in person
Professional attitude and appearance
Experience in immigration consultancy or professional services is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
