The Customer Service Manager leads the post-sales customer service function, ensuring that clients receive efficient and professional support after the SPA signed. The role focuses on managing inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with project and sales teams, and maintaining high service standards to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities After-Sales & Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after signing the SPA. Manage customer inquiries related to payments, milestones, unit details, and project updates. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Projects, Facilities Management, and Finance teams to address and resolve customer issues. Coordinate with CRM and Collections teams regarding payment clarifications, required documentation, and follow-ups. Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring customer issues to support continuous process and quality improvements.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and case statuses in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on customer complaints, service performance, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE real estate regulations, including DLD and Oqood processes.
