Monitoring customer service operations and guiding team members
Solving complex customer complaints and grievances
Designing strategies to achieve and surpass the goals of different customer satisfaction metrics
Hiring new team members and training them
Managing the customer loyalty program
Creating weekly reports and discussing progress with the chief operations officer
Preparing departmental budgets and tracking expenses.
Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage.
Job requirements and skills:
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or an equivalent diploma
Minimum of five years of experience in leading customer service teams
Proficiency in text editing, spreadsheet management and collaboration tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Time management skills
