Royal Furniture is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager
to lead our customer support team and ensure every customer receives exceptional service at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, solve complex customer issues, improve service processes, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work closely with other departments to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day customer service operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses.
Lead, guide, and motivate the customer service team to maintain high performance and professionalism.
Handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Monitor service quality, track performance metrics, and ensure service standards are met.
Develop, update, and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to improve team skills and service levels.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and management teams to resolve operational issues and enhance the customer experience.
Prepare and present reports on customer feedback, performance data, and service trends.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, customer-focused environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.
