What You'll Be Doing:

As a

Customer Service Manager

, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering exceptional service for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the Team

: Manage the day-to-day operations of our customer service department, ensuring smooth processes and high performance.

Developing Policies and Procedures

: Design and implement best-in-class customer service protocols to ensure we consistently meet and exceed expectations.

Setting and Monitoring Goals

: Establish clear performance targets for your team and track their progress to ensure we're always improving and evolving.

Handling Escalated Issues

: Address customer complaints and challenges, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration Across Departments

: Work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align customer service strategies with the broader goals of the company.

Training and Mentorship

: Lead, inspire, and train our customer service staff, supporting their growth and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Key Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

Leadership

: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team toward shared goals.

Customer-Centric

: A passion for helping customers, with strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.

Excellent Communication

: You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Data-Driven

: Experience analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.

Experience

: Minimum of 3 years in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably within child care or similar industries).
