As the

Customer Service Lead

you will lead and manage our customer service operations at Al Udeid Air Base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, business operations, and logistics, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role is critical in ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining operational standards, and supporting mission readiness.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



Supervise and lead the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Oversee and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies. Manage day-to-day business operations, including workflow optimization, reporting, and adherence to organizational policies. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and services. Resolve escalated customer service issues promptly and professionally. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational protocols specific to the Air Base environment. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, business operations, or logistics. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, operational procedures, and supply chain processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a military or high-security environment and adhere to strict protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:



Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred) Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures. Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

TRAVEL:

100%, in deployed location.


SECURITY CLEARANCE:

Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
