Job Description

  • Coach individuals based on recognized areas of improvement
  • Conduct training through new materials
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Encouraging to team and staff, able to mentor and lead
  • Monitor and score calls for quality performance and provide direct feedback to CSR's
Required Industry Experience* Process trainer from sales background 1. Experience in Customer Service for 3 - 4 year preferred 2.Experience in BPO is also considered or Prior experience in telesales process trainer or similar.(ex- Credit card sales, Insurance sales) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 7000 per month COVID-19 considerations:
As per the rules and ongoing procedure Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) additional qualification will be an added advantage Language: Hindi (Preferred) Multiple languages will be an asset.
