We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent support and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:
Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales and logistics to resolve issues efficiently. Uphold company standards and follow all service protocols and procedures.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities. Calm, patient, and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations. Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
