Job Summary: Looking for Customer Service Executives in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Obtain potential sales leads through calling or emailing on a regular basis
  • Offer outstanding customer services to improve customer satisfaction levels
  • Monitor leads and provide information on the available services
  • Attend to all customer requests
  • Responsible for call handling and answering customers\' queries
  • Preserve client database through entering, verifying and backing up data
  • Respond to telephone calls from potential customers
  • Handle messages on email and Facebook
  • Change inquiries into sales through answering inbound calls
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must candidate must have a Degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field of study
  • Practical experience in the same field
  • Excellent phone handling skills
  • Must be a good communicator and an active listener
  • Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and stay calm under stressful situations
  • Must be a competent user of the computer
  • Only Arabic speakers are required
