Job Description

What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, bookings, and quotes through phone and online channels. Proactively keep customers updated on the progress of their cargo
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues, escalate where required, and support corrective actions
- Reporting & Data: Input, validate, and prepare accurate reports and data analysis for process improvement
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth processes
- Compliance: Ensure all activities meet company procedures, relevant regulations, and deadlines
- Communication: Support process changes by preparing job aids, procedures, and delivering on-the-job training where needed
What We're Looking For:
- Secondary education or equivalent
- Good communication and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) including weekends and nights from our office at DWC and report physically on-site.
- Experience in Cargo, Freight forwarding or Logistics is advantageous
