- Ensure consistent, excellent customer service and satisfaction to freight forwarding field.
- Accurately complete carriers and submission of shipping instructions.
- Build strong customer relationships, understand and monitor customer\xe2\x80\x99s processes and KPIs, and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent as well as transportation with overseas offices.
- Comply to company\'s SOP and quality policy, and perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
