Description

Hiring a Customer service executive for Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the first point of contact for any customer related issue through the company\xe2\x80\x99s helpline and email support.
  • Actively identifying areas of improvement in existing processes.
  • Understanding customer requirements to be able to service accurately and effectively.
  • Tracking customer requests through the integrated CRM platform and generating support tickets.
  • Coordinating with Operations, Sales and Finance Teams to relay relevant information and resolutions to customers.
  • Tracking any Key metrics.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder with three years experience as customer service executive.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution skills and take ownership in resolving customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and escalating when necessary.
  • Ability to understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests and follow through to resolutions.
