Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Professional services to customers throughout the client's life Journey
  • Identify and upsell potential clients to the relationship management team, and ensure a smooth transition
  • Answering e-mails, assisting with client registrations, deposits, trading, withdrawals, and client training
  • Liaising with all departments to resolve issues
  • Providing all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in reading, speaking, and writing Mandarin (Chinese Language)/ Russian
  • Knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Good command of communication skills required
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office application and computer skills
  • Knowledge of the Financial Market will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
