A Leading Shipping line serving the Iraq Sector is seeking to hire a
Shipping Customer Service Executive
with a minimum of 3 years experience in Liner Shipping.Job description / Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information on shipments and services. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Contact the main lines, and co-loaders for pricing. Perform end to end service for all the assigned enquiries (Air freight - Sea freight - Land transportation...) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Liner Shipping or logistics industry customer service & pricing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
