Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should be a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Strong empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and resolve issues effectively
  • Must be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of using various customer service tools, CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office suite required
  • Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to think on one\'s feet under pressure
