Job Description

Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Property Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about properties listed for sale or rent, including property features, pricing, and availability. Guide clients through the property selection process based on their preferences and needs.

Showing Coordination: Schedule property showings and accompany clients on property visits, highlighting key features and answering any questions they may have about the property.

Transaction Support: Assist clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from initial interest to closing. Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions.

Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork related to real estate transactions. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.

Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge their satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide updates on their real estate endeavors.

Market Research: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide clients with relevant and timely information.

Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

Database Management: Maintain accurate client records, transaction details, and communication history within the agency\'s CRM system.

Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality and overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; some agencies may require a bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and terminology.
Familiarity with local property markets and regulations.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
