The Operations / Customer Service Representative will be involved in all parts of the business. From ordering, quotations, invoicing, insurance and logistical execution through import and export processing. The role will also entail the response on customer enquiries and the processing of warranty claims. Providing excellent customer service is essential in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Help manage current customer accounts. - Assist with processing sales orders and proforma invoices - Generate supplier orders - Update accounting system and book shipments with forwarder - Follow up supplier progress - Send out daily customer status reports - Compile shipping documents including commercial invoice and packing lists - Arrange shipping insurance - Load payments on system - Execute customer requests and process warranty claims - Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs. - Be a professional representative of our company
