Job Description

Requirements:
  • Languages: Should be able to hold a fluent conversation in Arabic as well as English
  • Nationality: Only Emiratis
Skills:
  • Good command of written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Adept at using marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Insider, Braze, or the like
  • Have a basic understanding of CRM and loyalty programs. Having worked in loyalty teams is a plus.
:
  • Provide resolution to customer queries in Arabic \xe2\x80\x93 over email, calls or chat or any other channels that the company makes use of
  • Identify and handle customer requests completely and accurately
  • Test and maintain the Arabic loyalty app. Ensure that brand standards are met and there is consistency between English and Arabic versions of the app
  • Create and update CRM reports weekly
  • Understand campaign journeys and be adept at marketing automation
