Job Description

As a Customer Services Representative in a tele sales company, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to clients who have inquiries, issues, or complaints related to the company\'s products or services. Your job description may include the following tasks:

Handling customer inquiries: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. This includes providing accurate information about the company\'s products, services, and pricing, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues or complaints.

Order processing: You may be responsible for processing customer orders, including verifying customer information, confirming product availability, and processing payments. You will need to ensure that all orders are accurately entered into the company\'s system and follow up on any issues that may arise.

Upselling and cross-selling: As a tele sales company, you may be required to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers. You will need to have a good understanding of the company\'s offerings and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of additional products or services to customers.

Resolving customer complaints: You will be responsible for handling customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner, identifying the root cause of the problem, and working towards a resolution that meets the customer\'s needs and aligns with the company\'s policies.

Maintaining customer records: You will need to accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions and transactions in the company\'s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This includes recording customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and resolutions for future reference.

Providing product knowledge and support: You will need to develop a deep understanding of the company\'s products and services, as well as stay updated on any changes or updates. You may be responsible for providing product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and assisting customers with product-related questions or issues.

Meeting sales targets: Depending on the company\'s goals and targets, you may be expected to meet or exceed sales targets or other performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction ratings or response time.

Collaborating with internal teams: You may need to collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to address customer inquiries or resolve issues. This may involve coordinating with other team members, escalating issues to higher management, or liaising with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Continuous learning and improvement: As a customer services representative, you will need to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices. You may be required to participate in training sessions, workshops, or other professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
