Job Description

Customer Service Executive Looking for Female candidates with Minimum 3- 5 years of UAE experience. Exceptional knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications. Have excellent command of written and spoken English. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Excellent Communication Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Written and Verbal (fluent in English)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be a team player
  • Keeping records of client
  • Assisting consultants with documentation
  • Client support over the phone
  • Handle enquiries and provide information
  • Able to draft letters and correspondence and filing of documents
  • Data entry and documentation
  • preparing tenders
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
