Job Description

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate Experience: 0 - 2 years and relevant experience in banking sector Customer Support Visa Status: Parent/Spouse Sponsored Visa Holders Only Arabic speakers will be given a preference Download relevant reports and documents for customer from the respective target systems.
? Send communication as per scripts provided by Bank for approved, declined, follow-up, disbursed, etc. cases to customer
? Customer communication should have appended list of documents, forms, etc. as applicable, as provided by the Bank.
? Record the relevant communication under customer record on target system.
? Follow up with customer as per defined follow-up schedule if no response provided
? Cancellation email to customer on day 10 as per the scripts provided by the bank
? If approval/ rejection response provided by customer, then share with Ops to record as part of application and proceed on next steps (Disbursal if approved, and archive if rejected)
? Cooling off period waiver form & Acknowledgment of receiving the documents
? Email/ acknowledgment of documents/ email receipt as per process Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:

  • customer service-banking: 2 years (Preferred)
