Job Description

OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will be the main contact point for any queries and any
communication between existing/potential customers, whist giving special attention to our
key customer base. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
? Excellent communication skills in English (Both written & spoken)
? Prior experience in Customer Service
? Prior experience in the Freight & Logistics field will be preferred
? Possess a confident and articulate telephone manner
? Good knowledge on Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
? Knowledge on Advance Microsoft Excel is preferred
? Strong team player with a positive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Build sustainable relationships of trust with through open and interactive
communication with existing/potential customers
? Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within acceptable time limits and
follow up to ensure resolution
? Effective monitoring of shipments
? Maintain and provide various reports as required Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
