Job Description
Act as a sales person when is not available Daily fill pickup form for IQ pickup for next day Deal with customers on WhatsApp and make sure to close the deal and transfer WhatsApp orders to Shopify Allocate orders from Shopify to IQ Fulfillment and Once orders are allocated in IQ print shipping labels and give to Amazon Schedule pickups and print labels and give to haris Maintain and manage inventory and stock levels Track all orders from IQ dashboard and follow up Exception, Transit, Returned Orders and coordinate with Customers and IQ, make sure to capture all orders Send daily report to Ayaan of Exception, Transit, Returned Orders with their remarks Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Work in ajman office 10hrs per day
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Good English communication skills with customers (Required)
