Job Description

Hiring a Customer service Executive for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a close relationship with clients and understanding their needs and/or concerns.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Supporting clients in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to management.
  • Liaising internally with our sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Good interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
