Job Description

We have an Immediate Job Opening for the position of Customer Service Executive in our organization. Designation: Customer Service Executive Job description

  • Managing the Value Added Service Desk.
  • Educate/Convince the customers about the value added services
  • Answering queries of the customers
  • Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner
  • Achieving monthly targets by up selling of value added services.
Additional Skills are Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service and upselling for a year minimum.
  • Should have a valid residence visa in Dubai.
  • Flexible in working hours
  • Should be a team player
Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday is a week off. Timings: -9:00AM - 6:00PM Visa: Candidates on their Own Visa / Sponsored Visa /Freelance Visa are preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
