Job Description

Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor and manage DMs, Comments, and product-related questions on social platforms. Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve order and delivery issues. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions Generate reports related to customer service performance, product issues, and stock availability. Assist in data entry work such as Product uploads and Stock updates.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelors in-related Proven experience in customer service, preferably in E-commerce or retail. Strong reading and writing skill in

Arabic is mandatory.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for business use. Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
