1- Handling different types of requests from the customers on WhatsApp 2- Handling direct messages on Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok. 3- Handling comments on social media 4- Follow up the return requests on daily basis 5- Contacting the shipping companies to solve the customer's issue and to follow up on the shipments 6- Handling different types of requests from the warehouse 7- Handling the customer's reviews for the company and the application on Google maps and Google play.
