Customer Service cum Admin Executive - Mall Reception

Mall Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage mall reception, attend visitors, tenants, and calls.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information.
Maintain reception area, assist with lost & found, and guide visitors.
Support tenants with coordination and communication.
Manage emails, reports, documentation, and daily logs.
Draft documents for leasing related activities.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Assist in mall events, promotions, and operational tasks.
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in mall reception/customer service/Administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
MS Office skills.
Presentable, customer-focused, and able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
