Telephone Sales Agent:
We are looking for a telephone sales agent to work for one of the largest furniture and textiles companies in the country and the Gulf region.
Arab nationality (non-Egyptian and non-Syrian)
Job description:
Receive customer orders via phone and WhatsApp, each according to their area of specialization.
Understand the order well, enter the data correctly, and inquire about any unclear points.
Pass the order on to the operations team.
Communicate with external sales representatives and receive orders from them.
Required skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good computer skills.
