passionate, results-driven Arabic-speaking female
with strong sales skills, fashion expertise, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-end clients. This role combines
in-store client interaction and virtual sales through social media and online platforms

Responsibilities
Conduct
both in-person and virtual sales interactions
with clients via Instagram, WhatsApp, and in-store appointments.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Develop and implement creative strategies to
acquire new clients
and
expand the customer base
through relationship building.
Utilize a deep understanding of fashion trends, luxury brands, and styling to
advise and educate clients
on product selection.
Handle upset clients with professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work independently and take prompt, decisive actions in situations requiring immediate attention.
Collaborate with the team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fashion or luxury retail (including physical or virtual).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong ability to influence clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of
fashion trends, luxury styling, and premium brands
.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage upset clients with tact.
Independent and proactive, capable of taking direct action in urgent situations.
Familiarity with social media sales channels and virtual communication tools (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
Compensation Package
Base Salary:
AED 3,500 - AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience).
Benefits:
Visa + Health Insurance after probation.

9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
(12 hours including breaks)
6 days per week (Sunday OFF)
