Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems Coordinate with internal departments (operations, documentation, customs) to ensure timely shipment updates Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive status updates to clients Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Assist in preparing shipping documents and liaising with carriers and agents Support the sales and operations teams with customer-related tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations

Skills required:



Freshers or 1 year experience in customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills MS Office and logistics software. Ability to multitask and ability to prioritize work Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping is a plus Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
