Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints
Giving detailed explanations of services or products
Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone or on social media
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
Partnership Development:
Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints
Referring customers to superiors when necessary
What We're Looking For
Communication & Negotiation Excellence:
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to connect with diverse customers.
Sales Experience:
Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
Partnership Savvy:
Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with external partners.
